32nd Graduation Ceremony: Thursday 22nd And Friday 23rd September, 2016

Moi University wishes to inform CANDIDATES who qualified for the conferment of various degrees and award of diplomas during the 2015/2016 academic year that the 32^nd Graduation Ceremony will take place at the Main Campus, Graduation Pavilion as follows;

CONFIRMATION FOR GRADUATION
Candidates who will have cleared and confirmed their results and correctness of names with their respective Deans are the only ones to graduate.
ACADEMIC DRESS, GRADUATION AND CONVOCATION FEES
Graduands will be issued with graduation gowns at their respective Dean’s Offices on Monday 19^th and Tuesday 20^th September, 2016 between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.  All graduation regalia must be returned on or before 28^th September, 2016 and those returned after the deadline shall attract a penalty fee of Kshs. 500.00 per day.
The mandatory graduation and Convocation fees are as follows:
-Undergraduates and Diploma graduands Kshs. 4,500.00;
-Postgraduate Diploma and Masters Kshs. 5,000.00 and
-Doctorate Kshs. 5,500.00
The amounts above are inclusive of Ksh. 1,000 convocation fee. Graduands will automatically become members of the convocation upon graduation.
Graduation and convocation fees MUST be deposited to Moi University Account Number: 0102129582000 at National Bank of Kenya, Eldoret Branch.
GRADUATION REHEARSAL
All graduands are required toattend the graduation Rehearsal at the Graduation Pavilion on Wednesday, 21^st   September, 2016 at 9.00 a.m. in full graduation attire.
PUNCTUALITY
Graduands, their parents, and guests should be seated by 8.00 a.m.  Late comers will not be allowed into the Graduation Pavilion.
